ที่จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช แต่ด้วยสถานการณ์โควิดในจังหวัดที่ยังคงมีความรุนแรง  ทางทีมงานจึงพิจารณาเลื่อนสถานที่จัดงานมาที่ โรงแรมหัวหินแกรนด์โฮเต็ล อ.หัวหิน จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์  โดยยังคงจัดในวันที่ 4 ธันวาคม เหมือนเดิม  โดยผมได้แนบกำหนดการจัดงานมาด้วย  สำหรับการจัดงานอบรมครั้งนี้ ผู้ที่ควรเข้าร่วมคือ นายกสโมสร ประธานสมาชิกภาพสโมสร ประธานมูลนิธิโรตารีสโมสร  ประธานภาพลักษณ์สาธารณะสโมสร และโรแทเรียนที่สนใจ  โดยในงานนี้จะมีการสถาปนาผู้ว่าการภาคอย่างเป็นทางการ  รวมทั้งมีการแถลงนโยบายในปีโรตารีเปลี่ยนชีวิตด้วยจิตบริการอีกด้วย  ดังนั้นผมจึงขอเชิญนายกสโมสรและผู้ช่วยผู้ว่าการภาคทุกท่านให้เกียรติร่วมงานครั้งนี้ด้วยครับ  โดยทางภาคจะเปิดให้ลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมงานในเร็วๆนี้

Dear   Club Presidents and Assistance Governors 
I would like to inform you that the Vibrant Club Workshop which is originally scheduled on 4 December 2021 in Nakhonsrithammarat province is now being relocated to Hua-Hin district, Prachuabkhirikhan province due to severe COVID-19 outbreak in the region.  The workshop will be organized at Hua-Hin Grand Hotel on the same date of 4 December 2021.  Please find the attached Agenda sent along with this message.  By the way, it is advisable that club president, club membership chair, club foundation chair, club public image chair and Rotarians should attend the workshop.  Furthermore, the event will also include the installation of District Governor and the first inauguration.  Thus, I would like to extend the invitation to all club president and Assistance Governors to register for the workshop.  The registration will be opened soon.
