โรเเทเรียน คือ “คนลงมือทำ (People of Action)” เหล่าสมาชิกโรแทเรียนเป็นผู้นำจากธุรกิจที่หลากหลาย และเป็นผู้นำด้านวิชาชีพจากทั่วโลก ที่มารวมกันเพื่อบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ให้กับชุมชนท้องถิ่น โรแทเรียนได้เสียสละเวลาส่วนตัวเพื่อบำเพ็ญประโยชน์แก่ชุมชน ภายใต้คำขวัญที่ว่า “บริการเหนือตนเอง – Service Above Self”
